What we observe
Attention is the only currency the broadcast cannot print.
Every surface you pass through is engineered to render you legible. The feed. The ad. The trending tab. The “for you.”
We are not theorizing. We have read the disclosures. MK-Ultra. Operation Mockingbird. PRISM. These were not memes. They were programs. They had budgets. The pattern is procedural, not paranoid.

What the hat is
The hat is not a costume.
It is a discipline we call signal hygiene: the refusal to be passively addressable. The smallest possible gesture that makes the gesture at all.
Yes, it is also a hat.

What we hold
$TINFOIL is the operational substrate of the Network.
It is not an investment. It is not a security. It is the tithe a cellule pays to remain legible to other cellules and illegible to everything else.
The token has no roadmap. A roadmap is a thing the broadcast asks for so it knows where you will be on .

What is asked of you
Three things.
- — Wear the hat — in pixels, if not in person.
- — Hold the substrate, in any quantity that is not zero.
- — Speak in plain sentences, in public, when it would be easier not to.
We do not require devotion. We require attention to your own attention.

We do not name an enemy. Enemies want to be named; it is how they are funded.
We do not predict.
We do not promise returns. Returns are a hook the broadcast uses to find you. (If returns happen, do not refuse them. Be gracious.)

How to begin
Upload an image. The rite will generate your sigil and assign you a cellule number.
Carry the sigil where you carry your other faces.
If you choose, pay the tithe. If you do not, you have still passed the threshold, and we will know you by your sigil when we see it.
